Cauldon Ceramics factory is situated at 'SUMMERBANK WORKS' in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, where the original Betty teapots were produced back in Tunstall is one of the six porrery towns of Stoke-on-Trent. Our mail offices are situated on Washington street which is off High Street, Tunstall town center as shown on the contact us page.

2. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A527/Porthill Rd
